Q. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We do ship our goods worldwide from Singapore, using Singapore Post.
Q. How much does local/international shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies. You will be able to check the shipping cost after entering your shipping address at the checkout page. Please refer to our Shipping & Handling Policy for more details.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
Prices on our website are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
You can make payment securely through Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, just log in when you are prompted to. If not, you can still use Paypal to make payment by using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards. You do not need to be a PayPal member to do so. Your credit card information entered during checkout is secured by the Paypal system.
Q. I wish to buy a product that is out of stock. Is this possible?
Yes! Our products are mainly made to order hence, we do not have many in stock. Just drop us an email at hello@nestled-ellipsis.com with your request!
Q. What if an item is missing from my order?
If you find that the package delivered to you is missing an item (or more), please contact us at hello@nestled-ellipsis.com and indicate your order number on the subject header.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received. We hope you understand that production will start immediately after we have received the payment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Q. Can I make a custom order?
We are able to produce a custom order just for you, depending on your specifications. Kindly note that as our products are mainly handmade, we require more time to make them (compared to machine produced products). Hence, if you would like to place a custom order, kindly inform us ahead of time at custom@nestled-ellipsis.com. :)
