YES! I went back to Campus Life yesterday...but just for a mere half day :)
I was honoured to be invited to be a guest speaker at a Visual Communications class at National Technological University (NTU) - School of Art, Design & Media (ADM) yesterday to share my experiences in bookbinding and the designs of some of my products. It was great fun to interact with the students and chat with them about school life and their projects. They are full of ideas and brimming with enthusiasm about their craft work. Their positive energy definitely rubbed off me at the end of the day too. Doing what you LOVE is always time well spent! So don't despair even if the path gets windy and bumpy. 凹凸路会变平！
Special thanks to Joy who invited me to share my experiences with your classes. Hope the sharing sessions helped your students with their zine project! Do grade them kindly! Haha...
On a side note, Joy is working on an interesting initiative titled “One Day at a Time”. It is a series of art-as-therapy activity books created for youths aged 13-18 years old who suffer from depression, other depression-triggered mental illness or are simply at risk of becoming so.
